This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation no. 70CDCR18Q0000015 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) as a full and open competition. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 812930: Size Standard is $38.5 million average annual sales.Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) requires 25 individual reserved parking spaces for passenger vans (each parking space needs to accommodate one (1) passenger van) within 0.25 miles from the Los Angeles Federal Building located at 300 North Los Angeles Street, Los Angeles, CA 90012. Requirements for the parking spaces are as follows: 1) Parking structure

shall be accessible 24 hours per day, 7 days per week with secure access to the parking spaces; 2) Reserved - Identification placards shall be provided on each parking space assigned to ICE; 3) The contractor shall provide key card access to the parking structure and provide additional cards for visiting personnel 4) Parking structure shall be within 0.25 walking miles of the Los Angeles Federal Building located at 300 North Los Angeles Street, Los Angeles, CA 90012.Period of performance will be June 1, 2018 through May 31, 2019. The Government anticipates awarding a Purchase Order resulting from this solicitation to the responsible quoter whose quote is the lowest price, technically acceptable.In accordance with FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation-Commercial Items, the following factors shall be used to evaluate quotes: (1) TECHNICAL FACTOR: Parking structure shall be within 0.25 miles from the Los Angeles Federal Building located at 300 North Los Angeles Street, Los Angeles, CA 90012; Parking structure shall be accessible 24 hours per day, 7 days a week with secure access (card keys provided); identification placards shall be provided for each space assigned to ICE; The proposed 25 parking spaces shall accommodate passenger vans; (2) PRICE FACTOR: Total price will be calculated by adding total of 12 months and six (6) month option pricing.See attached SF1449 for a list of line items and quantities. Quoters shall fill-in the unit price and total price on the SF1449 and submit as part of their quote.The due date for quotes is Wednesday, May 9, 2018 at 12:00 pm, Pacific Time.
