The purpose of this courtesy email is to inform you that the DeKalb County School District (DCSD) has issued a formal notification concerning our Advertisement for Sealed Proposals for Fire Safety Services - RFP 20-752-029 has been posted to the DCSD website for your use and review located at:

Per the Advertisement for Sealed Proposals, a Mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference is scheduled to take place on Thursday, June 11, 2020 at 11:00 AM, at the Sam Moss Service Center located at 1780 Montreal Road, Tucker, GA 30084.

Please review the entire RFP. Proposals are due no later than 2:00 PM, Thursday, July 2, 2020. All questions about this RFP must be directed in writing to the Procurement Manager, no later than 2:00 PM, on Thursday, June 18, 2020, via the email address: dcsd-op-bidquestion@dekalbschoolsga.org.

While it is not required, prospective respondents are encouraged to register as a vendor.

Prospective respondents must limit their contact regarding this RFP to Mrs. Mariel Jennings the contact person for this RFP.
