RFP Evaluating Energy Economic Ratios for Low Carbon Fuel Standard

This request for proposal (RFP) is to solicit competitive proposals from experienced and qualified contractors to evaluate Energy Economy Ratios (EERs) for the California Air Resources Board's (CARB) Low Carbon Fuel Standard (LCFS) and to develop a set of methodologies, tools, data sets, and approaches that may be used by CARB for establishing new EERs, and to provide a methodology for determining when established EERs should undergo review. Recommendations for updates to EER values may be considered by CARB as part of future amendments to the LCFS
