A. SUMMARY NOTICE 1. Subject Matter of Procurement T24-03 McKelvey Pumping Station This Contract is for McKelvey Pumping Station Upgrades project, at 3377 Sideroad 10 in the Town of New Tecumseth. The work includes, but is not limited to, removal and replacement of three (3) existing pumps with four (4) pumps, removal and replacement of process piping and appurtenances replacement, removal and replacement of existing transformer and MCC , construction of new duct bank, removal and replacement of existing PLC , new room HVAC

system, yard piping connection and all other work necessary for a complete job. 2.
