Fuel Cell Clean Energy Systems

The Town of Stratford (the “Town”) seeks proposals from qualified fuel cell developers (the “Bidders”) to develop one or more fuel cell clean energy systems (the “System” or “Systems”) on three potential Town-owned properties: (1) Flood Middle School, on Chapel Street; (2) the former Contract Plating site, on Longbrook Avenue; and (3) the Stratford Water Pollution Control Facility (“WPCF”), on Beacon Point Road (the “Properties” or “Property”). The fuel cell System at Flood Middle School will participate in the Non-residential program (the “NRES Program”), with Virtual Net Metering (“VNM”) for State, Agricultural, and Municipal (“SAM”) properties, administered by United Illuminating (UI).
