NOTICE TO DESIGN & CONSTRUCTION TEAMS REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ 22-36) DESIGN-BUILD SERVICES WATER AND WASTEWATER MAIN REPLACEMENT The Central Purchasing Office of the City of Annapolis is accepting sealed Statements of Qualifications (“SOQ”) for Design-Build services for water distribution/transmission main, wastewater force main and gravity sewer main replacement projects (“Project") until 2:00 PM, local time, Thursday, July 7, 2022. SOQs must be submitted to the Central Purchasing Office, 161 Duke of Gloucester Street, 1 st Floor, Annapolis, Maryland 21401. Late SOQs will not be accepted under any circumstances. The scope of services includes, but is not limited to, design and replace water mains, wastewater force mains, gravity sewer mains and appurtenances in residential, commercial, and/or historic City districts. Interested parties must register to attend a virtual pre-proposal meeting on Wednesday, June 8, 2022 at 1:00 PM, local time, via Google Meets.
