Design and install new DX cooling system to provide additional cooling for existing server room to serve 14 new racks of servers. Also provide 100% redundant cooling for emergency backup. Provide power modifications for new loads and new equipment yard at building exterior. Special Considerations: Contractor will need to keep the existing data server equipment running during construction. Shutdowns of power will need to be highly coordinated. Required Insurance if Awarded: Commercial General Liability, Business Automobile Liability, Workers' Compensation, Contractor's Pollution Liability and Builders Risk Insurance will be required.
