The State of Alaska, Department of Transportation and Public Facilities, (DOT&PF) proposes to execute Supplement 4 to Terminal Lease Agreement ADA-32245 to add Room SA2338 (640 sf) in the South Terminal at the Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport (TSAIA).  
Applicant: Pegasus Aviation Services, LLC
Term: June 3, 2022 through July 31, 2023. Current Terminal rent rate is $43.00/sf/yr for Long Term premises.
Authorized Use: Administration and Training Office.This file is available for review during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, at the Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport, Leasing Office located in in the South Terminal, at 5000 W.
