Congregate Meals 2. Home-Delivered Meals and Neighborhood Meals on Wheels 3. Friendly Visitor Program This RFP will result in multiple awards. Vendors wishing to apply for more than one category listed above must submit a separate proposal for each category. Combined proposals will be rejected and will not be evaluated. It is the County’s intent to award a contract with an initial term of one year with an
