Vermont State Systemic Improvement Plan (SSIP) External Evaluator

The Vermont Agency of Education (AOE) is seeking proposals from qualified individuals or organizations (Contractor) that can support the Agency of Education to provide external evaluation services, including guidance around the evaluation requirements of the Office of Special Education Programs (OSEP). Contractor will use objective performance measures that are clearly related to the intended outcomes of the State Systemic Improvement Plan (SSIP) and will produce quantitative and qualitative data to the extent possible. Proposals should demonstrate broad expertise and experience related to the evaluation of a SSIP or other similar federally required educational initiative.
