Description

Scope of Services
Portland Public Schools (“District”) seeks written proposals from contractors for indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (“ID/IQ”) contracts for classroom backbone infrastructure modernization (“CBIM”). Awarded contractors will have the opportunity to bid on select requests for Job Order Proposals for portions of this project. The District will determine the number of ID/IQ contracts awarded based on the response to this RFP. This determination will be based upon the capacity and experience of the proposers and the evaluation of scores underlying the rank of each proposal, and shall be at the sole discretion of the District. The ID/IQ contract term will be one year with option to renew for four additional one-year terms.
