This notice is a market research tool used to obtain information only and to identify contractors who possess the capabilities to provide services as specified below. The Missouri Army National Guard (MOARNG) Purchasing and Contracting Office is performing this market research to aid in the development of its acquisition approach.Sources Sought Posting - W912NS23Q2004 – Food Service / Catering Camp Crowder, 1-30 JUN 2023This is a request for information and Sources Sought Notice for market research purposes only. The MOARNG requires Food Service or Catering Service to feed ~1,000 Soldiers Breakfast and Dinner daily from 1-18 June 2023, and ~500 Soldiers Breakfast

and Dinner daily from 19-30 June 2023. The MOARNG is seeking to identify qualified and responsible sources to help us meet the requirement. Anticipated period of performance will be for a 30-day period and the performance location will be Camp Crowder, 799 National Guard Dr, Neosho, MO 64850. The meal serving times are: Breakfast to begin at 6:00AM and Dinner to begin at 5:00PM, with a two (2) hour serving period for all meals. The North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) code for this procurement will be 722310 (Food Service Contractors) or 722320 (Caterers) and the Product Service Code (PSC) will be S203 Housekeeping - Food.SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS: As permitted by FAR Part 10, interested parties are invited to respond to this sources sought by submitting a brief capabilities statement package demonstrating ability to perform the services described herein. Which of the following methods of support would your company be willing and able to perform to meet the government’s need:Food Service Contractor to provide staffing and supply the food and cook meals based on the 21-day cycle menu (Exhibit 1) or your own menu meeting minimum meal requirements (Exhibit 2) using the Camp Crowder kitchen and food service equipment (Exhibit 3); orCatering Service Contractor to supply the food and cook meals based on your own menu meeting minimum meal requirements (Exhibit 2) using your off-site non-government kitchen facility and deliver the meals to Camp Crowder.B.
