Agent Abraham Campos Description Scope of Services The City of El Centro is requesting proposals from qualified engineering firms to provide professional services to update the 2008 Sewer Master Plan and the 2008 Water Master Plan for the City of El Centro (collectively the “Master Plan Updates)”. At the conclusion of the Master Plan Updates, a prioritized (short term, midterm, long term) Capital Improvement Program (CIP) plan with detailed descriptions shall be prepared based on the findings), along with a comprehensive cost of service and capacity fees analysis. Additional information is provided in this RFP along with the required tasks for each plan and the rate study. Consultant may submit proposals that includes any additional task they believe should be part of the scope. The City may select the top firm to develop the study. The overall goal of these Master Plan Updates is to evaluate the existing system for capacity, identify existing and future capacity deficiencies in the system as a result of future developments through build-out of the city, and recommend upgrades and/or expansions to the plants in a prioritized manner to account for growth, operations and maintenance.
