The Corporation of the City of St. Catharines is inviting tenders for the supply and delivery of all labour, equipment and materials necessary for the replacement of the watermain hung from Bridge 1 fixed approach span, which

carries Lakeshore Road over the Welland Canal (St. Lawrence Seaway waterway), as further described in the RFT documents.As part of the replacement, temporary watermain will be required to ensure continuous service. A Mandatory Pre-Bid Web Conference will be held on November 24, 2021 at 2:00:00 p.m.  The City will not accept submissions from any tenderer who has not attended this meeting. A Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Site Meeting will be held on November 25, 2021 at 2:00 pm.  Bid Document Access:  Bid Opportunity notices and awards and a free preview of the bid documents is available on this site free of charge without registration.
