OBJECTIVE: The University seeks proposals from qualified firms for commissioning services for Burnam Hall post renovation to ensure the

components are functioning properly. Please refer to the attached scope document for general information, evaluation of qualifications as well as the project details. SCHEDULE: RFP Issue Date March 22, 2024 Questions Submission March 28, 2024 at 2:00PM Firm Proposals Due April 4, 2024 at 2:00PM Award Announcement TBD Q&A: Questions Due By: 3/28/2024 no later than 2:00PM (ET) – Submit via the Q&A Board within this electronic solicitation event. FORM OF THE CONTRACT: After the University has selected a Contractor that is in the best interest of the University and has negotiated a fee, the form of the awarded contract will be a Personal Service Contract (PSC), with a set 'not to exceed' (NTE) dollar amount, in addition to AIA B101-2017 (or latest edition) Standard Form of Agreement Between Owner and Architect, that will be submitted to the Kentucky State Government Contract Review Committee for review and approval. A sample PSC is attached for review purposes only and should not be submitted with proposal. Successful Offeror must be registered with the Kentucky Secretary of State Office as required by Kentucky law.
