Sealed Bids will be accepted at the City of Waco’s Operations Center, 1415 N. 4 th Street, Waco, TX until 2:00 P.M., Thursday, June 29, 2023. The City of Waco project in conjunction with TXDOT, requires all site work, labor, equipment, and materials be complete and in place, as stated in the RFB for the construction of the East MKT Trails from Sherman Street to Gholson Road (FM 933) and shown on the plans.
