Work included is remove and reinstall existing ceiling system, once piping is complete modify penetrations in block wall, open conduits and install new door seeps. All work includes testing as well. Contract Time: Completion date 120 days for Notice to Proceed Prevailing Wages: yes / see Standard Form of Contract Liquidated Damages: yes; $1,000.00 per day delay Contract Cost Ranges: CL-796.1 Gen Const. $100,000 to $200,000
