NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed Bids will be accepted by the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors of the County of Santa Clara, State of California, in the office of the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors, 10th Floor, East Wing of the County Government Center,
70 West Hedding Street, San Jose, CA, 95110 before 2:00 PM, on Thursday, June 2, 2022, for Mission Street Recovery Station Project, a Tenant Improvement project at Re-Entry Center, Projects Numbers 263-CP18024 and 263-CP22001, located at 151 West Mission Street, San Jose, CA 94110, in accordance with Bid Documents on file for the Work in the Office of the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors.
Failure to specify the exact address may result in the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors not receiving the bid, or not receiving the bid by the deadline. All bids must

be in the possession of the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors by the specified deadline. 

Work will consist of, but not limited to the following: 263-CP18024 – Site Improvements Upgrade or replace exterior walkways non-conforming with accessibility codes. New accessible ramp in path of travel.
263-CP22001 – Interior Improvements Remove existing finishes as described in design documentation. Reconfigure interior spaces to provide new programmed spaces including but not limited to men’s and women’s resting areas, accessible all-gender restroom/shower facilities, laundry, pantry, and nurses’ station.

PRE-BID CONFERENCE. Pre-bid Conference and site visit will be held on
Monday May 9, 2022, 1:00pm at main lobby of Re-Entry Center, 151 West Mission Street, San Jose CA 95110.
