Professional Services for Five Year Consolidated Plan, Analysis of Impediments for Fair Housing Choice, and FY 23-24 First Year Action Plan

The City of Irving, Housing and Redevelopment Division (hereinafter referred to as City), as a Participating Jurisdiction (PJ) and Entitlement Grantee who is eligible to receive federal funding for the purpose of reducing homelessness and increasing housing stability, is requesting proposals from experienced and qualified consultants/federal grant writers or firms with proven experience in developing Consolidated Plans or similar planning documents in conformance with U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) requirements for allocation of said funds.
