Please read the Details section for information on how to bid on this opportunity Details Human Services Agency (HSA) Funding Opportunity Request for Proposals (RFP) #1037 Individualized Legal Support Services (ILSS) The San Francisco Human Services Agency (HSA) announces its intent to seek proposals from nonprofit organizations interested in providing direct legal services to participants of the County Adult Assistance Program (CAAP) and California Work Opportunity and Responsibility to Kids (CalWORKs) programs. The Individualized Legal Support Services will assist participants with identified legal barriers that threaten the individual’s path toward economic self-sufficiency, and ability to secure or retain employment. Services funded through this grant will be made available in English, Spanish, Cantonese and Mandarin, and other languages as needed.
