Amendment One: The required response date/time has changed from 05-Dec-2022 12:00 AM to 05-Dec-2022 02:00 PM.Amendment Two: This Amendment includes, but not limited to, updates to Section A, B, C, L, M, Section J Attachment L-2, Attachment L-4, Attachment 13, Attachment 15, Block 9 in SF33 has been updated and the National WDs have been replaced and local AWD attachments have been added.Amendment Three: Please review the updated RFP which includes but is not limited to changes to Section C and L. It also includes updates to multiple attachments including Attachment 13. The proposal submission deadline has been extended to January 5th 2023 at 1400 EST.Amendment Four: The purpose of this amendment is to update the list of attachments in Section J with the addition of two Wage Determinations. Additionally, the amendment updates one sentence in Section L. Solication Update: "RFP Question Clarification N6852022R0029 v02" was added to provide clarifcation to a submitted question. The

Commander Fleet Readiness Center (COMFRC) intends to award a single source Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract for the Maintenance, Repair, Overhaul and Logistics Support (MROL) in support of Fleet Readiness Center, Aviation Support Equipment (FRCASE) during the 3rd QTR FY23 utilizing 8(a) small business set aside procedures. Please see the Statement of Work for specific requirements. The anticipated Period of Performance is a three (3) year ordering period.The services are currently being performed under contract N68335-17-C-0272 by Amentum Services, LLC, 20501 SENECA MEADOWS PKWY STE 300 GERMANTOWN MD 20876-7019.This formal Request for Proposal (RFP) follows the Request for Information (RFI)/Sources Sought posting (N68520-22-R-0029) of 1 August 2022 and the Draft RFP release (N68520-22-R-0029) of 29 September 2022.Deadline for Industry Questions.
