INTENT: The Superior Court of Arizona in Maricopa County (Court), which includes adult and juvenile probation, is soliciting responsive and responsible, qualified Spanish and Lesser-Used Languages (LUL) Interpreters, Transcriptionists & Translators, and Sign Language Interpreters for Court users and litigants with Limited-English Proficiency (LEP) as

well as users who are deaf, hard-of-hearing, and/or blind. Multiple awards may result from this solicitation, and multiple agencies may use the resulting contract(s). Qualified and approved offerors shall be placed on the Qualified Roster List, and their services shall be used based on demand, skills, and experience. The solicitation will be open and continuous. To be considered, offerors shall submit all of the required information requested within this Scope of Work, which is outlined in Exhibit C: Offerors Questionnaire. The Court reserves the right to remove any contracted interpreter and/or translator upon notification and issuance of an incident report to the contract interpreter’s and/or translator’s agency. INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS: (Please note that this Section does not become part of any resultant contract): Offerors are solely responsible for submitting bids and any modifications or withdrawals to be submitted electronically via PeriscopeHoldings. Paper responses will not be accepted. Any proposal, modification, or withdrawal received after the designated time is "late" and will be rejected and not evaluated. All responses to this ROQ become the property of the Judicial Branch of Arizona in Maricopa County and will be held confidential to the extent permissible by law. The Court will not be held accountable if material from the RFP responses is obtained without the written consent of the Offeror by parties other than the Court.
