The project scope consists of training sessions for a workforce of approximately 250 employees. The sessions would be split into two (2) groups of leaders (interns/journeymen - approximately 210 employees, and leaders/supervisorsapproximately 40 employees) and include various soft skills topics. Each session would include up to 25 participants. In order to provide training for all 250 employees, each soft skills topic would be off ered/run for a total of ten (10)sessions (eight (8) sessions for interns/journeymen, two (2) sessions forleaders/supervisors). Training will be conducted between October and November of 2022 with additional topics and sessions occurring in 2023.
