If you create a response, you must address each.#TitleMandatory Requirement10Statement of WorkThe Subcontractor shall provide comprehensive support for Agile Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools within the National Technology and Engineering Solutions of Sandia, LLC (NTESS) organization. This support aims to ensure that Agile methodologies are implemented consistently, repeatably, and in a scalable manner, in alignment with the strategies developed by the NTESS internal Agile and Product Excellence (APEX) team. Except as specified otherwise in the following sections, the scope of the required support encompasses the following tools: Broadcom Rally, Atlassian Jira, GitLab, and Microsoft Azure DevOps (ADOS).Attributes:Configuration and Usage SupportTeam Level Support: The Subcontractor shall engage with both new and existing NTESS Agile teams (including teams using Scrum, Kanban, the Scaled Agile Framework and Large Scale Scrum) to optimize their use of the ALM tools. The Subcontractor shall provide the following team level support: Configure and optimize project structures and backlog artifact hierarchies (e.g., Epic > Capability > Feature > User Story > Task).Set up user roles, permissions, and group access aligned with organizational policies.Create views to simplify Agile activities such as Sprint and Release Planning, Backlog Refinement, Daily Standups, and Review meetings using grid views, kanban views and filtering. Develop dashboards with advanced queries for enhanced tracking and metrics gathering.Provide NTESS teams with support regarding using the ALM tools to maximize efficiency and adoption, including providing support for the ALM tool customizations that may have been done when configuring the tool for the team.The Subcontractor shall provide support teams for integration between the ALM tool Jira and Confluence for enhanced documentation and collaboration. 20Statement of Work (Continued)IT Level Support: The Subcontractor shall collaborate with NTESS Information Technology (IT) teams responsible for managing ALM servers. The subcontractor shall provide the following IT level support:Scripting and Automation Enhancing Workflow Efficiency: The subcontractor shall work closely with NTESS teams to automate workflows and introduce custom functionalities using the scripting and automation capabilities of each ALM tool. The subcontractor shall perform the following tasks: The subcontractor shall utilize the tools ScriptRunner and Automation to create customized solutions for the ALM tool Jira.
