Project Description:The University of Massachusetts Medical School (the “University”) is issuing this RFA to solicit Applications from qualified independent consultants and small consulting firms to provide temporary consulting and support services for the University’s Commonwealth Medicine (“CWM”) division. Through this RFA, the University will select and pre-qualify a pool of qualified resources and develop a Qualified Consultant List (“QCL”), which shall include executive advisors, project managers, project coordinators, and other related consultants. These Qualified Consultants will be

eligible to provide various services to support the deployment of strategic and operational initiatives. A listing of available positions and the general categories of services illustrative of the currently anticipated needs of the University can be found in “Section 5: Scope of Services” of the RFA. Bidders are encouraged to submit Applications as soon as possible after the RFA is posted.
