THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY; THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION, SPECIFICATIONS, OR DRAWINGS AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME.Upgrade Ellsworth Air Force Base’s Energy Management Control System (EMCS) at Building 4040. The Honeywell controls shall be upgraded from C-Bus protocol to LON protocol and the network bus wire will be replaced in order for the LON bus network to function properly. This is a purchase for parts and the labor required to and to complete job.Should you be interested, all offerors must possess and maintain a current registration in BetaSAM.gov.
