MARINA PARKING LOT IMPROVEMENT PROJECT

The removal and replacement of existing parking lot by grinding existing asphalt and placing 2 inches of new Hot Mix Asphalt to reconstruct the parking lot. In addition, the work includes parking lot light foundations, conduits and pull boxes (furnishing of light poles not included in contract), installation of raised crosswalks, and installation of vegetation/treatment boxes. The work also includes demolition and construction of concrete curb, gutter, cross gutter, sidewalk, curb ramps and driveways, storm drainage, signage and striping, pavement grinding, street reconstruction, adjustment of utilities, concrete and Hot Mix Asphalt pavement.
