The Services specification relates to the areas specifically referred to in this Tender document. Tenderers should study the information provided in detail before responding to the Tender. The conditions set out in this specification will be used as a basis for monitoring the Services operations. The Services include, amongst other things, Services on University premises, campuses and sectors specified in order to create a clean, safe and pleasant environment conductive to teaching, learning, research, sport and

recreation for the entire University community, its clients and stakeholders with emphasis on accountability, responsiveness, innovation and professionalism. In addition, the Services are to be provided in a cost effective and efficient manner, while being integrated with the daily activities occurring on and around the University grounds.
