It is the policy of the Village of Schaumburg to ensure that DBEs as defined in Part 26, have an equal opportunity to receive and participate in DOT–assisted contracts. The Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) goal for the project has been established at 7.0%.Compliance with the requirements of the DBE Program Goals is a mandatory part of the bidding process.
