SYNOPSIS: The purpose of this RFI is to conduct Market Research in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10.  Response to this RFI is strictly voluntary and will not affect any firm's ability to submit an offer if, or when, a solicitation is released. The requested information is for planning purposes only and does NOT constitute a commitment, implied or otherwise, that a procurement action will be issued. No entitlement to payment by the Government of direct or indirect costs or charges will arise as a result of the submission of information in response to this RFI. The Government shall not be liable for or suffer any consequential damages for any improperly identified proprietary information. Proprietary information will be safeguarded in accordance with the applicable Government regulations.INTRODUCTION: The United State Marines Corps (USMC), Marine Corps System Command (MARCOSYSCOM), Program Manager for Training System (PMTRASYS), has a requirement to
re-engineer the Marine Air-Ground Task Force (MAGTF) Tactical Warfare Simulation (MTWS) program for the purposes of modernization and efficiency improvements.SUBMISSION OF RESPONSES:  Responses are not to exceed fifteen (15) pages (pages shall be 8.5 x 11 utilizing 12 point Times new roman font), and all should be submitted via email to carrie.burton@usmc.mil no later than (NLT) 1500 local time Orlando, FL on 01 July 2020.  Submission email shall utilize the title “PM TRASYS MTWS Re-engineering Development.”NO CLASSIFIED INFORMATION SHALL BE PROVIDED.NO PHONE CALLS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
