Supply and Maintenance of Eye Models including Blink Platforms Project Description :This Request for Proposal ("RFP") is an invitation by the University of Waterloo (“UW”) on behalf of UW’s Centre for Ocular Research & Education (CORE) to prospective Suppliers to submit pricing proposals, indicating their organizations capability and resources for the provision of eye models including blink platforms and also including but not limited to all related parts, consumables and monthly service and maintenance, for research purposes as further described in Appendix B – Bid Form.
