The project includes reconstruction of the existing Green Street Park including a new softball field and associated field lighting; construction of a new parking lot and associated curbing, drainage collection, and infiltration system; limited utility work including sanitary sewer and potable water; resurfacing of an existing basketball court and parking lot; and other miscellaneous fitness equipment. The estimated value of the work is $1,750,000. Bids are due and will be

opened at the Office of the Purchasing Agent, 9 Dale Ave., Gloucester, MA 01930 no later than 11:00 a.m. on May 5, 2023.
