The Transition Plan should outline a strategy for a phased vehicle purchase and replacement process, and for ZEV fueling and charging infrastructure. This Transition Plan is not to address the requirements of CARB’s Innovative Clean Transit regulation; however, it should make considerations for the planning work the City Transit division has already performed.
