Request for Statement of Qualifications for Real Property Appraisal Services for Various Projects

The Town of Flower Mound is accepting Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) for Real Property Appraisal Services for Various Projects. All proposals must be submitted electronically in pdf format. The Maximum Size per File is 100 MB and it is preferred that you attach one complete file; however, there is no limit to the number of files that can be attached. Proposals will be accepted online through the Town’s e-procurement system, until 11:00am (CT) on May 14, 2024 at https://flower-mound.ionwave.net/Login.aspx. Any proposals received after this time will not be accepted. Please include a copy of the completed Town of Flower Mound Proposal Certification Form and Conflict of Interest Questionnaire with your bid submittal. Additional instructions for preparing a response are provided within the attachment.
