Solicitation Description: The Texas Education Agency (TEA) on behalf of the State Board of Education (SBOE) and the Texas Permanent School Fund (TPSF) seeks to solicit proposals from qualified professional investment managers   (Investment Manager or IM) to implement a Private Equity Emerging Manager (PEEM) program and a private Real Estate Emerging Manager (REEM) program, within separately managed account(s) (SMA) structure(s) for TPSF, customized to meet SBOE and TPSF objectives. The mandate is discretionary in nature; however, TPSF expects to establish a highly collaborative relationship for its Emerging Manager (EM) mandate.
