All work shall be performed in accordance with the Georgia Underground Facility Protection Act (O.C.G.A. § 25-9-1 et seq.) and the rules of the Georgia Public Service Commission on Enforcement Procedures Under the Georgia Underground Facility Protection Act (Ga Comp.
