HCA is issuing this RFQQ to solicit Bids from qualified entities and individuals interested in providing as needed Behavioral Health and Recovery Training and Support Services (Training and/or Services) for ongoing Workforce Development to the Behavioral Health Workforce. A more robust and consistent pipeline of Behavioral Health service providers is needed to increase the quality of, and access to care for individuals receiving Behavioral Health care in Washington State. HCA intends to award to multiple Bidders to establish a pool of pre-qualified Contractors in each category listed below, to provide as-needed Behavioral Health and Recovery Training and Support Services described in this RFQQ. The awarded Contractors will assist with stabilizing Behavioral Health Workforce capacity, along with bolstering the recruitment and retention of a more fully qualified professional Behavioral Health Workforce. These ongoing educational and professional development opportunities are critical during a time of extreme Behavioral Health Workforce shortages.
