DO\nNOT OPEN UNTIL _2:00 _P.M., _July 11 th, , 2023\u201d,\n\nAll proposals must be submitted on the appropriate preprinted quotation forms provided in the\nPROPOSAL section of these Procurement Documents. All blank spaces for bids, unit prices,\ncompletion time etc. shall be filled in unless otherwise noted. Failure to provide all requested\ninformation may result in the bid being considered incomplete. The Bidder\u2019s quotations and data on\nthese forms must either be typewritten or hand written in permanent ink. Any alterations to these\nentries must be initialed and dated by the authorized agent for the bidder.\n\nNo alterations, corrections, or modifications to any proposal will be allowed after bids have been\nreceived and opened. DO NOT OPEN UNTIL _ 2:00 P.M., _July 11th, , 2023\u201d,\n\n8.0 All supporting documentation as may berequired by the Specifications must be submitted atthe time\nofbid and included with the sealed proposal. If a manufacturer is submitting proposals through more\nthan one Bidder, the supporting documentation may be submitted directly by the manufacturer in a\nseparately sealed envelope. The envelope must bear the names of the Bidders to whom the literature\napplies. Conversely, the corresponding Bidders must clearly identify and refer to the separately sealed\nmanufacturer\u2019s literature.\n\n9.0 No bid may be altered, withdrawn, or resubmitted within _60_ days from and after the date set forthe\nbid opening.
