These events can be hurricanes, levee breaks, floods, tornados, or any man-made disaster, such as an act of terrorism or any other type of emergency or disaster, and they may occur at any time. Note: Rates shall include all costs associated with supervision, mobilization, demobilization, delivery, and pickup of the equipment.
