This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), solicitation number FA462523Q0001 for Base Training Education Services Technology Support at Whiteman AFB, MO. This procurement is a 100% small business set aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 541519. For the purpose of this procurement the small business size standard is $34M. All quotes shall be valid for a period of 90 days.The Government intends to award one Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) from this solicitation. A best value determination will be made by evaluating the following factors: price, and references/past performance. Quotes shall contain two (2) references minimum relating to Technology Support or similar services to this requirement within the last five (5) years. The references shall include company name, point of contact, and

phone number. Technical rating will be acceptable or unacceptable based on price and qualifications. Your quote should demonstrate your ability to meet the requirements as outlined in Attachment 1 Performance Work Statement dated 21 Nov 22. Quotes shall also include the following:1.
