Climate Mitigation and Adaptation Plan RFP

The City of San Carlos is seeking professional services to assist staff with adopting a new Climate Mitigation and Adaptation Plan (“CMAP”). The CMAP should be a guiding document that outlines strategies to mitigate climate change through greenhouse gas reductions and to adapt to the effects of climate change.
