24-02 SR-37 & Milo Street Turn Lane The project consists of constructing a widened pavement on State Route 37 (Central Avenue) from Estelle Street to the west of Annette Street and resurfacing of State Route 37 (Central Avenue) from the east approach slab of the Olentangy River Bridge to the west of Annette Street with Microsurfacing. Work also includes new curb, sidewalk, curb ramp replacement, hydrant relocation, storm sewer relocation, signing, and pavement markings.
