Two (2) Year Warranty - Parts & LaborSpecifications for the cage and rack washer are: 1) must be able to fit into the existing pit, 96" L X 92"W X 13"D. The pit must have a stainless steel liner fabricated and installed prior to washer installation. 2) It must have pass through capability with each of the two doors having glass windows for viewing. The hinges on the dirty side door needs to be on the right side and the ones on the clean side, the left. 3) It requires a side tank for storing and reusing alkaline detergent. 4) The services must be on the left hand side. 5) Washing compartment must be at least 46"W X 85"H X 88"L. 6) Loading and unloading ramps must be supplied.One (1) LYNX Model 340LX Cage & Bottle Washer with the following features and options:A. The dimensions are as follows, doorway width is 42", hallway width is 61", elevator width is 48", elevator height is 84", and elevator length is 97".Pursuant to the authority of 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The equipment will be provided for the USDA-ARS-NPA, GRAND FORKS HUMAN NUTRITION RES. CENTER (GFHNRC), GRAND FORKS, ND, 58203. The Government intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order on or about June 20, 2018. This Notice of Intent is not considered a Request for Quotation (RFQ) nor is it a Request for Proposals (RFP). No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be honored. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
