The services are on-call but would be scheduled with advanced notice. There is no guarantee of a minimum amount of work. However, Metropolitan anticipates having approximately 1-2 abatements and general clean-ups annually. Metropolitan intends to issue a one-year contract with the option of two (2) and one (1) year extensions.
