NEWWAVE SD AND PD SOFTWARE PRODUCTS

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Lakehurst, NJ intends to procure NewWave SD and PD software products on a sole source basis with Spherea Inc. under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1), FAR 6.302-1, this firm is considered the only responsible source to perform this effort. The resultant contract will be firm fixed price for commercial items. The following items and part numbers are as follows:Procurement of licenses and annual maintenance for newWaveX Signal Development (P/N 9150-02) and newWaveX Platform Development (9150-03)To support the development of the station and instrument descriptions for the instruments in the eCASS station configurations. Thesoftware provides mathematical descriptions of electronic signals which are compliant with IEEE standards. Thisapplication provides an open systems approach for defining and mapping UUT signal requirements against eCASScapabilities, and also satisfies the needs of the DoD ATS Framework to integrate software with standards. This SW is currently being used in CDET. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however the Government will consider all responses received in response to this notice.
