The work of the project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following:
A. The renovation work, including new rooftop mechanical unit installation and associated roofing work, shall be as indicated on the drawings and specifications is located at the Charlotte Mecklenburg Animal Care and Control facility.
B. The work shall include both demolition and new construction. The work includes, but not limited to, all architectural, structural, all interior work, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical construction.
C. All cleanup, etc. at the completion of each phase.
D. Completion of the project completion per contract and Division 1
