This ITB will be awarded by Lot. Note there are two (2) Lots for this solicitation. Bidders must bid on each Line Item in each Lot to be considered for an award. Bidders are not required to bid on all Lots. The quantities indicated are estimates and based on an initial assessment. The County, however, does not and cannot guarantee the quantity and dollar volume to be ordered. Where a contract or purchase order is awarded, the required services are to be provided on an as-needed basis. Bidders are to complete the Bid Response Form spreadsheet in its entirety and upload the file to Periscope Holdings bid management site. Bidders are to enter a value(s) for the “Lot X - Grand Total” from the Bid Response Form, where X is for the each applicable Lot, into the Periscope Holdings bid management site. DO NOT include any sales taxes or government-imposed fees as County will calculate these at the time of the award.
