Description:
The intent of this Request for Proposal is for the County of Loudoun (County) to obtain firm fixed price proposals from qualified entities for the delivery of healthcare services at locations in Loudoun County during the contract period. Types of services will include, but are not limited to: A. Free Medical Services B. Reduced Fee Comprehensive Medical Home C. Reduced Fee Comprehensive Adult Dental Services The County may award one or more contracts for free medical services, comprehensive medical home, or comprehensive dental services as a result of this RFP. Firms may submit a proposal for any or all of the services listed above. NOTE: Organizations may not apply to fund the same services under this RFP process and the County’s Nonprofit Human Services grant process. Pre-Proposal Conference: Pre-Proposal Conference will be held on November 22, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. in the Lovettsville Conference Room, 1 Harrison Street, SE, 1st t Floor, Leesburg, Virginia 20175 for clarification of any questions on the specifications.
