Fire Station 1 Roof Replacement

The Town of Dracut, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids, pursuant to M.G.L. c 149, 44A-44J, for the removal and replacement of the roof at Dracut Fire Station, 488 Pleasant St., in Dracut, MA. The scope of work includes removal, disposal, and replacement of the roof, and other work indicated in the Bid Documents. DCAMM Certification is required in Roofing. Documents can be downloaded at https://www.dracutma.gov/Bids.aspx. An optional site visit will take place at 11AM on April 30, 2024, at 488 Pleasant St., Dracut, MA 01826. All bids shall include a bid deposit equal to 5% of the amount of the bid, including alternates. Bids will be received at the Dracut Town Hall, 62 Arlington St., Dracut, MA until 11AM on May 15, 2024.
