Travel and tourism related literature and promotional materials include but are not limited to brochures, pamphlets, travel guides and rack cards. PennDOT does not own any of the travel and tourism literature and promotional materials, customer

information or ordering history. Vendor responsibilities include a marketing plan, website to enroll participants, warehousing, inventory management, distribution & display. The Offeror will be required to implement a method to transition current participants and enroll new participants into the program for Welcome Centers and Rest Areas. Participants are defined as approved tourism-related businesses. The Travel and Tourism Literature Program must be fully functional and operational no later than 11:59 p.m., EST, November 30, 2024. Preproposal Conference with PennDOT Diverse Business (DB) Program Information Session- The purpose of this Session is to provide an overview of the RFP and DB program submission instructions. Offerors may ask questions in accordance with section 11. Questions and Answers contained in this RFP Description. Offerors may also ask questions during the Session, however responses provided during the Session are not official until the question is submitted in writing using the Q&A Board in JAGGAER. Q&A Board questions and written responses shall become part of this RFP. There will also be an overview of the PennDOT DB program and requirements.
